1. About our service
Topup King sells digital game top-ups for Free Fire, PUBG Mobile, Mobile Legends, and Call of Duty: Mobile. All products are digital and are delivered to your game account using your Player UID. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Garena, Krafton, Moonton, or Activision.
2. How ordering works
- Choose a top-up pack.
- Enter your correct Player UID and your payment TrxID.
- Pay with bKash, Nagad, or Rocket (Send Money) using the numbers shown at checkout.
- We deliver the top-up to your Player UID, usually within 5–15 minutes.
3. Player UID
You must enter the correct Player UID before ordering. If the top-up is delivered to a wrong UID that you entered, we cannot undo it, move it to another account, or refund it.
4. Payment
Payments are made by bKash, Nagad, or Rocket Send Money. Send the exact amount for your order and enter the correct TrxID (transaction ID). Orders with a wrong amount or a wrong TrxID may be delayed until we can verify your payment.
5. Delivery
Delivery is digital and is made to the Player UID on your order. Delivery is usually within 5–15 minutes after payment is confirmed. In rare cases (high demand, game server issues, or payment verification) delivery may take longer. If your order is delayed, contact our support.
6. Refunds
Because our products are digital and are delivered instantly to a game account, we do not offer refunds once a top-up has been delivered to the Player UID on your order. We will refund or re-deliver an order only if we could not deliver it because of our own fault. See our Refund and Returns Policy for details.
7. Your game account
You are responsible for your game account. Never share your game password or OTP with anyone. We only need your Player UID — we will never ask for your game password.
